To customize the Kiosk interface, go to “Kiosk settings” under the settings menu. Here you can customize the welcome message on the Kiosk home page in different languages. Also, you can upload your logo and change the theme color. Make sure that you saved the details after making changes.
To customize the survey, go to “Survey settings” under the settings menu. Click the corresponding “Configure” button and customize the survey as per your requirement.
To add questions to the survey, go to “Survey settings” under the settings menu. Click the corresponding “Configure” button. Check the box marked “Yes” under the label “Have a question to capture other details such as Email ID, Phone Number etc?”. Then click on the “Add New Question” button and enter the question. Select the answer type and enter the order in which the question is to be displayed in the Kiosk. Make sure that you saved the details after adding all the questions.
To add your organization logo to the Happiness Wand Kiosk, go to “Kiosk settings” under the settings menu. There you have the option to upload your logo. Make sure that you saved the details by clicking the “Save Settings” button after uploading the logo.
To sign out the Kiosk, tap the organization logo on the Kiosk interface five-time continuously.
To create the users, select the type of user you want to create from the “User management” menu and create the same.
Happiness Wand has 3 types of users.
Region Manager: They have access to the dashboards and reports having data belongs to their region only.
Business Unit Manager: They have access to the dashboards and reports having data belongs to their business unit only.
Kiosk: They are the Kiosk machine users (iPad/Android Tablet).
Happiness Wand sends Email notifications to the administrator, corresponding region managers and business unit managers when negative feedbacks submitted by the customer.
Yes, you can. The administrator can disable it either at the time of user creation or at the user “edit” option. The users can also change their notification preferences by clicking the menu item “Notifications” under the “My Profile” menu.

Yes. All your data with Happiness Wand have stored securely at the cloud server.
Your subscription will expire either when you have used up all the credits in your current plan or when the validity period is over (whichever happens first).
To renew your subscription from the ‘settings’ menu selects ‘subscriptions’. Clicks on ‘renew the subscription’ button, choose the package and renew it using your credit card.
When the subscription expires, your account will be in a grace period of 30 days. Once the grace period ends, your data and access will be removed from our server at any time.
No, credits will not carry forward and remaining credit will be discarded by the end of the subscription period.
